I was Banned

yea. he doesnt hack. ive played in the server with him many times. he just knows the map really well and plays with his sound up all the way. when you play with the sound up you can hear every footstep, gunshot, shattering window etc. i can see how this could be mistaken for wall hacks, camping and listening for footsteps and spraying the wall. i do all the time myself. i often get accused by nonmembers for walling. but hes not a hacker. he is on of my steam friends and i strongly recommend he is unbanned.
